homeify trailer. In every household there's one conversation that never ends: forty-seven messages and not one decision. Who bought the milk, who paid the gas, who books the dentist. This year, one home and one place: homeify. Diego, Marta and Ana share out the chores, share the calendar, tick off the shopping, restock the pantry and split expenses to the penny. Everything you all forget, in the same place you're already looking. And nobody opened a spreadsheet. homeify. For families and for flatshares. Essential plan free, for good. Works in every browser.

How you start

No passwords, in under a minute

  1. Step 1

    You type your email

That's it. No password, no repeat password, nothing to confirm by phone.

  2. Step 2

A link and a code arrive

Tap the link in the email and you're in. If you're in the app on your phone, type the six-digit code that came in that same email.

  3. Step 3

You give your home a name

Choose whether you're a family or a flatshare, invite everyone else with a link, and that's it. Under a minute all in.

Start now

Why no password? Because there isn't one to forget, to reuse somewhere else, or to have stolen. Access goes to your inbox, which is exactly where you'd end up asking to reset a password anyway. And if you install it on your phone, you're in with one tap.

Three ways to have a home

A home doesn't run the same way as a family, between flatmates, or when you let it out

In a flatshare, what matters first is who owes what. In a family, next week. And if you let it out, the tenancy and what's still to come in. Pick yours and homeify arranges itself accordingly: the order of the modules, what you see when you come in, even what things are called.

18 modules, one panel

Everything a home has to sort out

They aren't 18 separate apps: the modules share the same data, so what you do in one updates the rest. It's your household's ERP.

Chores

What needs doing, with someone on it, a date, and rotas that turn on their own.

Reminders

The things you have to remember at a set time, and they go off when it comes.

Expenses

Who paid what, who owes whom, and the fewest transfers that settle it.

Shopping

Everyone's list — and when you pay, the pantry refills and the cost is split.

Pantry

What's in the house and what goes off this week, before you buy it again.

Calendar

Appointments, birthdays and plans that one person stops having to remember.

Notes

The wifi, the move, the plumber's number. Shared, not forwarded.

Subscriptions

What gets charged each month, what it adds up to, and who's paying it.

Meals

What you're eating each day of the week, decided once and in plain sight.

Film night

A roulette that picks what to watch from what you already pay for, by age and genre, so the argument doesn't pick it.

Documents

The contract, the policies and the warranties where anyone can find them, with a warning before they run out.

Bookings

The living room, the washing machine or the car: who has them and when, without asking the group chat.

Birthdays

The dates the house keeps, on the calendar and flagged a week before and on the day.

Contacts

The plumber, the insurer, the block manager. The number you look for in a hurry, out of one person's phone.

Warranties

What was bought, when, where, and how long the warranty runs, flagged before it ends.

Insurance

What you have covered, for how much, and until when you can switch before it renews itself.

Vehicles

The plate, the MOT and the insurance, with a warning before they run out.

Pets

The microchip, the vet, and when the jab and the worming are due.

How it works

One shop, three things sorted

What in other apps takes three separate apps —or a spreadsheet and a good memory— happens here in a single move.

  1. 01

You tick off what you've bought

You walk round the shop ticking things off. Anyone at home watches it move as it happens.

Milk · 2 lWashing powderGround coffee
  2. 02

    The pantry refills itself

Everything bought goes into the inventory with its quantity. Nobody enters anything twice.

    +2 l milk+1 washing powder+1 coffee
  3. 03

And the cost is already split

You type in the receipt total and the expense is created, split in equal shares and already linked to the shop.

With artificial intelligence

Photograph the receipt and the pantry fills itself

The hard part of keeping a home organised isn't deciding: it's typing. The AI takes the boring work — reading the shop, working out how long things keep — and leaves you the decision, which is the one thing a machine can't make.

The receipt, into the pantry

Take a photo of the supermarket receipt and out come the products with their quantities. You check them, drop whatever isn't food, and in they go at once. In a flatshare it also reads the total and asks who it's split between.

Use-by dates, suggested

A receipt carries no use-by dates and the packaging does. The AI suggests how long each product keeps so you don't type twenty dates: you fix whatever needs fixing and we warn you before anything goes off.

It suggests, it doesn't decide

Nothing goes into your home unless you confirm it, line by line. Anything the AI put in is flagged and marked as approximate, photos are not stored anywhere, and your content trains no model.
