Launch giveaway — terms and conditions

1. Promoter
Daniel Cimorra Tapia, who operates the homeifyservice («the Promoter»), runs this promotional giveaway. Enquiries regarding these terms: hola@hogarify.cc.
2. Purpose and scope
The purpose of the giveaway is to promote the service by granting, free of charge, 25 Unlimited plan accounts among the first 1,000 sign-ups from its start date.
Entry is free of charge and is not conditional on the purchase of any product or service, nor on any payment.
3. Duration
The giveaway runs until the number of sign-ups stated in clause 2 is reached, or until the Promoter closes it early, whichever occurs first. Slots not awarded by the closing date lapse and will not be awarded by any other means.
4. Eligibility
Entry is open to individuals of legal age who create a new account with the service during the promotional period. Accounts created before the start of the giveaway are excluded.
One slot per person. The Promoter applies controls by IP address and by device to prevent multiple entries. Exceeding those thresholds does not prevent sign-up or use of the service, but excludes that sign-up from the giveaway.
5. Mechanics
The winning positions are drawn before the promotion begins and are recorded prior to the first award. An award is made automatically where a sign-up matches one of those positions and the requirements of clause 4 are met.
Positions are distributed across the whole sign-up window. The final position in the window is a fixed winner.
The draw is computed from a seed recorded alongside the positions, allowing subsequent reproduction and verification.
6. Prize
Each slot consists of access to the service's Unlimited plan, with no expiry date and at no cost, applied automatically to the winning entrant's account.
Document storage and use of the AI assistant fall outside the promotion; they are governed by the allowances applicable to the plan and are not unlimited. Those allowances may be amended by the Promoter, who will give reasonable advance notice of any reduction.
The prize is personal and non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash or for any other goods or services, and may not be assigned to third parties.
7. Notification of winners
Winners are notified on their first access to the service, before setting up their household. No reply or further information is required.
The Promoter will publish on the home page the number of slots awarded and a list of the winning positions with email addresses partly obscured. Entrants may request that their entry not be published by writing to the address in clause 1.
8. Exclusion and withdrawal
The Promoter may exclude an entrant, or withdraw a slot already awarded, in cases of fraudulent entry, use of automated means, false details or attempts to obtain multiple slots. Withdrawal will be notified to the person concerned beforehand.
9. Data protection
Data processed for entry purposes is limited to the email address provided at sign-up, processed in accordance with the service's privacy policy. The lawful basis is the performance of the relationship arising from entry and the Promoter's legitimate interest in fraud prevention.
Solely to prevent multiple entries, hashed values of the IP address and browser are retained; the original data is not stored and cannot be reconstructed. Rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability may be exercised at the address in clause 1.
10. Amendment
The Promoter reserves the right to amend these terms on justified grounds, and to suspend or cancel the promotion should circumstances prevent it from running as intended. Any amendment will be published on this page.
11. Acceptance
Entry constitutes full acceptance of these terms, together with the terms of service and the privacy policy. In the event of any inconsistency, these terms prevail in respect of the giveaway.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts having jurisdiction under applicable consumer legislation.
